DIY Dressmaker's Dummy Decor

Hello, I wanted to do this DIY for a while and finally got the time.

I saw the tutorial on Pinterest

and I tried it.

I used my old dummy for a model not myself and although it took me longer than I thought, the result is great. The hardest part was to decide which cover I like more :)

Here is the first one I did with vintage rose fabric:

And here is the second one with lace and twine heart decoration:

I think I'm gonna keep the second cover for now.

Twine macrame/wall decor DIY

I've finished my little twine project. I was inspired by Pinterest 

Now I can finally show you my DIY twine macrame/wall decor:

I've decided it's easier if I knit it.

When it was finished I stretched it while ironing with steam. Then just decorated it with some shells and sequins.

So what do you think?

Long time no see...

Well, I'm back! After two house moves, loads of changes and many crafts I have something new for you. :) I'm currently inspired by twine crafts, vintage style and shabby chic decor. So this is what I came up with so far...
