What we did when it rained for weeks :)

Hey there, long time no see! :) While everyone was enjoying the summer weather and going on holidays, me and my friend were stuck in England where it rained for weeks. And here is what we did so far: three lovely denim bags from two old pairs of jeans.

I hope you liked it and I'll see you soon with more refashions!
Finally the sun is out and we're going out!

DIY: Fold Over Stripy Clutch

Hello! I've got a clutch tutorial for you. I bought an amazing pair of stripy shoes, but couldn't find a purse to match, so I'm gonna make one. :)  I got some sleeves I cut out long ago from a creamy denim jacket:

I cut 2 pieces of the fabric:

And stitched them together leaving one side open:

I made the stripes with some markers and crayons:

:)

Then I put some snap buttons and an elastic strap and folded it:

And this is how it looks when it's open:

I used the same yellow elastic to put a straps on the shoes, because it's wasn't very comfortable without any support. And Voila!

So, what do you think? :)

DIY: Simple Zip Clutch

Hello there, long time no see! :) Today I've prepared for you very easy DIY tutorial. We're gonna make a simple zip clutch bag. All you need is some old magazine, masking tape, a zip, some fabric and needle and tread.

Get the cover from the magazine and apply the tape all over it. Then lay it over the fabric to measure how much you need to cover the both sides. And here is Stressy trying to figure out what am I doing.:)

Sew the fabric around the magazine cover, then fold and sew the sides along. It must look like this:

All that's left is to insert the zip. I chose a light pink one for mine.

And Voila! I just stitched the ends of the zip together.

I have flowers accessories that can be used as a decoration on the clutch.

I hope you liked it! See you soon! xx

Studs and Gems

I finally got my new studs and gems machine and I'm ready to decorate! :)
I found some old shoes with broken straps.
Removed the straps and stitched ribbons, so now I can tie nice bows.
And started with the decorating. :)

... and the matching bag... :)
I have a matching set I can't wait to wear. :)
