The Dress! :)

Well I'm finally ready with my wedding dress! I'm so happy with it, it turned out just as I planned. :)

There will be a little change on the dress, but it's a surprise, you'll see it on the wedding photos. :)

I'll post a tutorial soon how to copy the dress. I hope you liked it!

DIY: Fold Over Stripy Clutch

Hello! I've got a clutch tutorial for you. I bought an amazing pair of stripy shoes, but couldn't find a purse to match, so I'm gonna make one. :)  I got some sleeves I cut out long ago from a creamy denim jacket:

I cut 2 pieces of the fabric:

And stitched them together leaving one side open:

I made the stripes with some markers and crayons:

:)

 Then I put some snap buttons and an elastic strap and folded it:

And this is how it looks when it's open:

I used the same yellow elastic to put a straps on the shoes, because it's wasn't very comfortable without any support. And Voila!

So, what do you think? :)

DIY: Distressed Jeans With Lace

Hi there! How have you been? I'm ok thanks! :))

I had an old pair of distressed jeans I couldn't decide what to do with, so I tried to add lace underneath the holes that will make them look better and will close the holes a bit. :)

I cut 2 pieces of white stretchy lace and stitched it underneath.

The stitch will hold the holes closer and the lace will cover them.  There is very very close look:

DIY: Refashion With Lace

Hello, my dear lovely readers! I've got some new refashion for you today. All you need for it is an old tank top, lace trim and needle and tread. :)

First you gather the lace trim with the needle and the tread and stitch it around the neck line... 

...then again...

...and again...

... 'til you run out of lace trim (like me) or 'til you get the desirable look. :)

I found attached by the underarms of the top little straps that people usually use to hang the clothes with... but I think they're annoying and always cut them off straight away. Luckily I kept these long enough to use them for making a small ribbon flower for the top. I hope you liked it! See you soon!

DIY: Little Black Dress Refashion

I've got this lovely little black dress from a friend of mine. But it was too small around the bust for me, so I refashioned it a bit. :) This is what it used to look like:

 And this is the result:

All I did was to remove the sleeves and stitch a lace trim around. Then mark the point where the zip is not closing anymore and stitch more lace from that point to the neck line. At the end I just attached a piece of black elastic to hold the edges of the neck line. And Voila! The dress is now my size. :)
